About Mere UK Ltd an Electrical Contractor est. 2010

Mere UK Ltd was established in 2010 by Terry Moran and Paul Foster, bringing together extensive experience in electrical engineering, fire, security and integrated systems.

Both qualified as electricians in 1992 before developing their careers and establishing separate businesses serving commercial and domestic customers throughout the North West. Having known each other since college and sharing the same commitment to quality workmanship and customer service, combining their expertise was a natural progression.

As demand for integrated access control increased, Terry and Paul undertook Paxton certified training and became qualified Paxton installers in 2014. Mere UK continued to develop its expertise in electronic access control and subsequently achieved Paxton Platinum Partner status.

Today, Mere UK provides electrical, access control, automation, fire and security solutions to organisations across the North West and wider UK.

Paxton certified and Platinum installers Mere UK have been installing access control equipment since 2010. Features of their systems include mobile credentials, time schedules, anti-passback, emergency lockdown, and integration with CCTV and fire alarms. Mere UK handle door hardware, locks, maglocks, strikes, readers, controllers, cabling, and commissioning, trained to deliver clean tagging and as-built documentation.
