Mere UK was approached by St Bridget’s Catholic Primary School in Warrington to supply and install an automated sliding gate system to improve site security and streamline access control. The school needed a robust and reliable entrance solution that ensured both safety and convenience during busy drop-off and pick-up times.

We designed and installed a custom-built sliding gate, fitted with a Videx coded entry intercom for secure entry and a magnetic exit loop to allow smooth, automated vehicle exit.

Automated Sliding Gate – A space-efficient, secure option ideal for the school’s driveway. Custom-fabricated and powder-coated for long-term durability.
Videx Coded Entry Intercom – Enables staff to control access via a secure keypad system, ensuring only authorized vehicles are permitted entry.
Magnetic Exit Loop Detector – Seamlessly detects outbound vehicles and triggers the gate to open automatically, reducing congestion and maintaining flow.
Safety Measures – Safety edges, warning signage, and compliant controls were installed to ensure full regulatory compliance and safe operation for all users.
