Electrician (Immediate Start)

Mere UK are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our growing team, working across the North West on a variety of commercial and industrial projects. Our work includes electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding and integration with automated systems such as access control, automatic doors and gates. As an Electrician at Mere UK, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality electrical works across a range of sites, including schools, hospitals, offices and industrial premises.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all installations and maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

• ECS / CSCS Card preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of health & safety procedures

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience with access control systems (e.g. Paxton)

• Experience with automatic doors or gate systems

• IPAF / PASMA certification

• Previous experience in a similar role
