My gates had been stuck since January, and a recent call to the FAAC helpline had been very unsatisfactory, with no promised call-back about registered engineers in my area. A quick google search brought up a few companies in the Merseyside area which I thought might be too far away. However, your website was very friendly, but professional, so that encouraged me to make the initial contact, and the following calls to your office were equally friendly and efficient.
The unnecessarily complicated and unreliable programme previously installed on my gates has been modified and improved by Denny, and I have appreciated the attention to detail and helpful advice.
